Olympia Land Clearing and Development, LLC was founded in 2024 with a clear purpose: tackle the large-scale land clearing and development work that most contractors pass on. From the start, our focus has been on bigger, more complex projects — major subdivisions, power right-of-way clearing, and pipeline corridor work across Texas.
The owner behind this company didn't find land clearing by accident. It's been a passion since his teenage years. Growing up working outdoors and learning the trade from the ground up gave him a deep respect for the land and a practical understanding of how to clear it safely and efficiently. That hands-on background shapes how every job gets done.
We specialize in land clearing and forestry mulching for projects of all sizes, with a particular strength in large commercial and infrastructure clearing. Whether a developer needs a clean slate for a new subdivision or a utility company needs a pipeline corridor opened up, we have the equipment and experience to get it done right.
Beyond clearing, we handle full site preparation, right-of-way clearing, and logging. We also build and install bulkheads, piers, and docks — making us a dependable single-source crew for waterfront property owners and developers who need both land and water work handled by one team.
We also take on home demolition when a site calls for it, giving property owners and developers a reliable option for clearing structures before new construction begins.
